Join us as we create a space of healing and strengthening – physically, energetically and spiritually. Small group classes hosted at our retreat center.
The format is a 75 minute class focused on flowing from pose to pose, linking the movement with the breath. The instructor will offer a variety of modifications to encourage participation of everyone. We do sitting, standing and inverted postures. There are more challenging variations for more advanced students, yet fun and non-intimidating options for new students.
Classes are $10 per class, no reservation required, no expiration dates, no hassle … just fun, peaceful practice!
