Group Classes

Classes begin following the schedule below as of January 7th. 

More classes will be added into the schedule in the Spring.

Join us as we create a space of healing and strengthening – physically, energetically and spiritually. Small group classes hosted at our retreat center.

The format is a 75 minute class focused on flowing from pose to pose, linking the movement with the breath. The instructor will offer a variety of modifications to encourage participation of everyone. We do sitting, standing and inverted postures. There are more challenging variations for more advanced students, yet fun and non-intimidating options for newer students. Beginners Welcome!

Classes are Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 10 a.m.

You must reserve your spot to attend – contact Gloria at 727-479-8755 at least 30 minutes before class.

10:45 a.m. to Noon – Easy Does It

3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. – Restorative Yoga & Meditation

6 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. – Deep Stretch & Alignment

7:30 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. – Restore & Relax: Breathwork & Meditation

Thursday

9 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. – My Flow & Meditation

10:45 a.m. to Noon – Yoga Therapy & Meditation

3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. – Easy Does It & Meditation

6:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m – Chakra Balancing & Meditation
