Our Private Yoga therapy sessions are based on a holistic, client-centered approach to support our clients with challenges at every stage of life on their path toward inner peace and personal healing. personalized guidance through the teachings and practices of whole spectrum of Yoga to support individuals living with, or in recovery from, illness, injury, or adverse health conditions.
Gloria a Certified Yoga therapist uses a combination of Yogic techniques to guide the client through an individualized practice that promotes wellness for body and mind. Sessions may include physical poses, breathing practices, meditation, guided relaxation, Yoga philosophy, and stress-reduction techniques, all adapted to suit the client’s condition and goals.

Some of the lifestyle tools Gloria uses with clients include dietary modifications, daily routine adjustments, contemplative practices, breathing and movement techniques, herbal formulas and body therapies used to address local physical conditions. Gloria is a sensitive, creative and earth conscious spirit by nature. When yoga found her she understood that complete healing was in her hands. It was like coming home. Gloria suffered from depression and sudden panic attacks from a young age. For the last eighteen years, she has been devoted to her practice and growth as she supports others to embrace their own path. Gloria has been guiding yoga classes, workshops, retreats and a lifestyle consulting practice for over sixteen years.
Rooted in Classical Hatha, and influenced by many styles like Vinyasa Flow, Viniyoga, Restorative and gentle yoga. Her classes are fun, focused, and very naturally flowing; lightheartedly exploring and embracing our shared humanness.
Gloria had the blessed opportunity to study yoga therapy under the guidance of Dr. Omanad in India that gave her the greatest chance to dive into the depths of yoga, beyond the physical. Gloria also brings pranayama and meditation into each class providing a truly balanced, grounded and holistic experience.
