Embrace Your Path: Lifestyle Program & Teacher Certification

Take your yoga off the mat and into your life for more balance and clarity in everything from relationships and parenting to your home and garden. This is your guide to a living an authentic lifestyle despite everyday stress.

Shanti Heart Teacher Training is a Yoga Alliance 200 Hr certified course that brings together key elements for your certification as well as a path to a lifestyle that supports your as you support your community.

It is good to know that Yoga is not just about the physical postures. As a philosophy and a practice, it deals with all aspects of the human experience. When viewed from this larger perspective, we can begin to see Yoga as a lifestyle choice. The lessons that we learn in pose practice bring about a sense of deeper insight and awareness that permeates into daily living, and helps us create a sense of connection to something larger than ourselves.

Your Journey Begins with the First Step on Your Path

Your journey at Shanti Heart begins at our Shala and home. We are here for your growth, healing and learning. Our space is dedicated to supporting you as you learn about Yogic philosophy, the Yogi lifestyle and how to share with others as a Yoga Alliance certified Instructor. Over a 5 month period you will learn about the origin of Yoga philosophy and how this fits into your life today. This exploration will give you the foundation necessary to move forward on your path toward balance and union – Yoga!

Our certification is recognized by Yoga Alliance as a 200 hour program, preparing you to lead your community confidently, knowledgably and with caring. Our students rate us a 10 of 10 on whether they would recommend us to a peer!
