My Flow & Meditation
This class is designed for beginners through intermediate students. In my flow you’ll be guided through postures in a Vinyasa style (consciously linking breath and movement) beginning with the basic poses, but allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level. Props are encouraged to allow the body to fully achieve each pose comfortably respecting and honoring where you are and supporting you to growth stronger and deeply grounded.
Deep Stretch & Alignment
A slower pace that targets the deep connective tissues of the body through deep stretches and long holds, helping you relax and let go. It’s deep and nourishing, releasing stress out of our system. Increases your flexibility and allows your body to restore! This is perfect place to deepen your knowledge about Alignment within your yoga practice. Be ready to feel renew and nourish.
Chakra Balancing & Meditation
Chakras are energy centers in your body that affect you physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This unique class uses yoga poses, visualization and breathing techniques to help you bring balance to each of the Chakra locations in your body. It is a practice focused on cultivating ease, increasing balance and restoring your mind, body and energy system. Feel well, be well and share Joy!

Yoga Therapy & Meditation
A therapeutic yoga class is a carefully designed combination of gentle yoga, awareness exercises, restorative yoga and guided meditation soothing to the body and mind and grounding to the nervous system. This class emphasizes awareness, alignment, and breath to provide a safe and stable environment for our students to explore both movement and stillness.
