Group Classes at Shanti Heart

Join us as we create a space of healing and strengthening - physically, energetically and spiritually.  Small group classes hosted at our retreat center.  

The format is a 75 minute class focused on flowing from pose to pose, linking the movement with the breath.  The instructor will offer a variety of modifications to encourage participation of everyone.  We do sitting, standing and inverted postures. There are more challenging variations for more advanced students, yet fun and non-intimidating options for newer students.  Beginners Welcome!

Classes are Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 10 a.m.
