Moving into Stillness for Seekers: 
A Transformational Meditative Journey
February 5th - May 21st, 2025
Wednesday evenings 

Studies have shown that there is a greater percentage of people who are more afraid of Living Fully than Dying.

​

My transformational training is an invitation to exploration and experience what love and ease awaken in our human experience. We don’t do meditation, we live it, we Are.

 

Come and explore with me that we are more alike than different… we All desire to be loved, seen, and belong to something greater and more joyful than a habitual everyday life.

​

​We will meet once a week on Wednesdays from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. The training will be 100 hrs. total: 20 hours guided home Svadhyaya (time spent on self-study and 2 one on one transformational sessions), 48 hours weekly meet in person.  It is $15 per hour for a full payment of $900. Payments will be made in four installments.  The first to register $300. Three more payments of $200 the first of each month for the duration of the program.

​Meeting dates - We'll begin February 5th and graduate May 21st. 

​

The Wednesdays we’ll happily meets are February 5, 12, 19, 26; March 5, 12, 19 & 26; April 2, 9, 16, 23, 30; May 7, 14, 21.  This is a small, sacred group with a maximum of 15 students.

We have a total of 4 modules

 

Module 1

Meditation & mindfulness philosophy.

  • Nurturing & channeling the gunas - “The State of the mind and the close relationship with the body.

  • The eight limbs of yoga - The path of wholeness – Living in awareness with intention

  • The wisdom from the Bhagavad Gita ~ Ultimate guide for skillful living - Self- regulation, self-knowledge and practices – The profound practice of the pause 1.2.3 steps.

  • Moving and transforming Emotions to Motions. From overcoming to Becoming. From Becoming to Being at peace. The physiological response of our body to emotions, distractions, and bearing the business of the mind.

  • Meditation as the best medication. Welcoming wholeness through acceptance and compassion. Meditation is not about quieting the mind… embodying stillness.

 

Meditation is 99% practice 1% theory ~ Meditation is the byproduct of the primary process of removing that which we are not, in order to develop self-knowledge of who we are. The recognition and joy of a meditative state.

  • The beginner's Mind

  • The Path of Awareness inside and out of your sacred space.

  • The Cause of Suffering: The Kleshas- The breath is our connection to our source

  • Body, mental and emotional additions- We are alike than different- The human race

  • Svadhyaya- Self-study- Moving from coping to managing to Being

  • Disconnection as Illness and the kind exploration of the mind – The heart as the main center to live a harmonious life and the fulfillment of our human experience

 

Module 2

  • The wisdom of language and its vibratory field ~ Experience of Unity

  • Moving meditation- living by choice & faith instead of living by fear.

  • Living with intention, moment by moment. The awakening of the compassionate witness, the Seer and the Seeker.

  • Keeping your stillness practice safe and for good. Virtues that support this amazing exploration of Self vs. Ego. The impermanence of existence and the bliss of Being.

  • Honoring oneself~ The practice of Stillness as the safe, loving and spontaneous way of Living.  Meditative states equal the blessing of being alive today, A lifestyle.

 

Pranayama & Subtle Body

  • Yogic Breathing, Anatomy and Physiology of the Respiratory System 

  • Asana ~ Processes of Moving into Stillness- Move your body FREE your mind

  • The Science of Breathing- The Divine and Delightful habit of supporting Oneself

  • Reframing and decoding as a transformational practice

 

Module 3

  • ​Changing lanes - Be on the path and stay on the path of ease and joy

  • The path of love and self-knowledge - who you are NOT. (epigenetics, neuroplasticity, family constellations knowledge and practices)

  • Melting, growing stronger and supple … the body is a wonderful reflection of our mind. A constant attitude of welcoming wholeness and Becoming.

 

​Subtle Body ~ Astral Body 

  • The 3 bodies

  • The Five elements- channeling 

  • Five Vital Forces

  • The five sheaths or koshas

  • The psychology of the chakra system- living a balanced life 

  • The Oneness and wholeness of this human experience – Inner-alignment & the Physiology of the mind and body

 

Module 4

  • ​Ayurveda introduction- The science of preventive medicine and healing

  • Yoga, Meditation and ayurveda- sister science as the Path of Wholeness 

  • The Uniqueness of the Heart 

 

Practices to channel the life force and balance the Astral body

  • Change as the only constant in life- Embracing it … Becoming. 

  • The profound practice of exploring, contemplating and regulating Oneself.

  • Mantras, prayer, contemplation, invocation and Meditation

  • Chanting as a way to center the mind and settle into Stillness
